Why inside-out hoops

A standard diamond hoop has stones only on the front-facing surface. An inside-out hoop carries diamonds on both the outer edge and the inner edge of the hoop, which means the earrings catch and reflect light from every angle as the wearer moves. From the front, you see the outer-edge diamonds; in profile and from behind, the inner-edge diamonds remain visible.
